We will honor the StimTens guarantee on the MyoCalme device as indicated.  You may use this device for 30 days and if you are not fully satisfied with the results, you may return it for a refund.  A 10% restocking fee will apply for returns of this product.  The restocking fee is applied because StimTens disposes of electrodes and gels for sanitary reasons once the product is returned.  This device must be returned undamaged and will be inspected upon return. 

MyoCalme Cranial Electrotherapy two-Year Warranty

New MyoCalme devices includes a two-year warranty. This warranty is for manufacturers defects. Batteries, lead wires, gels, carrying cases and electrodes are not covered by the five-year warranty. The warranty applies to the MyoCalme CES Therapy device. The purchaser of the device is responsible for shipping the product to StimTens. The product will then be inspected and then replaced or repaired at no charge to the consumer for a period of two-years from the original purchase date. Pre-owned MyoCalme devices are warrantied for one-year.
