StimTen's electrotherapy devices are guaranteed to meet your satisfaction for a period of 30 to 60 days, depending on the product, unless otherwise specified. If you are not satisfied with your device within this time period, you may return it. The purchaser of the device is responsible for return shipping charges.To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and returned with all parts included with your shipment. Each of our products will indicate their guaranteed period where they are eligible to be returned.

Once your item is inspected, we will credit your original card used for purchase for the amount of your purchased. The StimTen's guarantee does not apply to accessories, these include: batteries, electrodes, gels, A/C adapters and lead wires. If you did receive a damaged accessory or if one was accidentally omitted from your shipment, please let us know and we will get a new one out to you.


The warranty covers electrotherapy devices from manufactures defects. If your device stops performing, we will replace the device with a new model at no cost. The purchaser of the device will be responsible for return shipping charges. Warranties do not apply to accessories, these include: batteries, electrodes, lead wires, gels and carrying cases.
