SHIPPING WITHIN USA
Stimtens Worldwide will ship your package from the Atlanta metro area within approximately 48 hours of your order; 24 hours in most cases. Products are shipped by either UPS or USPS, depending on which method is best for a particular package. Most packages will reach their customers within about 3 or 4 days after your order is placed. If you need an order expedited, please contact us, we can overnight your item to you for an additional fee. Stimtens offers free shipping on most items. Shipping fees are indicated for specific items when they apply.
Stimtens ships to all countries and we do so on a regular basis. UPS International is the primary delivery service used for international shipments. The transit time is typically about 5 to 8 days for your package to arrive using this service. Some smaller items may be sent USPS.
Customers are responsible for any customs/duties/VAT (value added tax) charges that may be associated with their shipment. These importing fees can vary depending on your country. In some circumstances, they may be minimal, in others, they may exceed 10%, we recommend that customers check with their countries’ import policy before ordering to avoid any unexpected charges. Customers are responsible for all return charges for intentionally refused deliveries. This means that fees charged by the returning delivery company will be deducted from the customer’s order prior to issuing a refund. The customer will be provided with a record of these charges. Refunds will be issued once the return package arrives at our Stimtens facility. Delivery charges are non refundable.
RETURNS WITHIN USA
StimTen's electrotherapy devices are guaranteed to meet your satisfaction for a period of 30 to 60 days, depending on the product. If you are not satisfied with your device within this time period, you may return it. The purchaser of the device is responsible for returning shipping charges to our StimTen’s Facility. To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and returned with all parts included with your shipment.
To return your device, please contact Stimtens via email or phone. We will provide you with an RMA# and shipping instructions. Please make sure to use protective wrapping when packing your return to ensure that the product is not damaged in transit.
Once your item is inspected, we will credit your original card used for purchase for the amount of your purchase. The StimTen's guarantee does not apply to accessories, these include: batteries, electrodes, gels, A/C adapters, microcurrent gloves and lead wires. If you did receive a damaged accessory or if one was accidentally omitted from your shipment, please let us know and we will get a new one out to you.
Our international orders will receive the same guarantee as our products delivered within the USA, 30 to 60 days, depending on the product.
International customers are responsible for return shipping charges when returning a product. Stimten’s will issue a refund once the return reaches the StimTen’s facility. Return shipping charges will apply to any delivery that is intentionally refused by the receiving customer. This includes packages that are refused due to customs and VAT (value added tax) charges. Vendor fees charged to StimTens will be deducted from customer’s order value prior to issuing a refund.
The warranty covers electrotherapy devices from manufacturer defects. If your device stops performing, we will replace the device with a new model at no cost. The purchaser of the device will be responsible for return shipping charges. Warranties do not apply to accessories, these include: batteries, electrodes, lead wires, gels and carrying cases. Covered items are as follows:

- MyoLift Mini-Two-Year Warranty (one year extension no charge)
- MyoLift QT-Two-Year Warranty (one year extension no charge)
